I STEP – INTRODUCE YOURSELF!
Have you chosen a position for yourself? Now it’s time to introduce yourself!

All applications sent to us are examined to ensure that they meet our expectations. If your skills, knowledge and experience match our needs – we will call you within three days and invite you to a recruitment interview. We contact only selected persons.
Remember, you do not have to meet all the requirements. If you think you can handle the responsibilities indicated in the job advertisement, please apply. However, if you feel you need to upgrade your skills – check out our internship and apprenticeship offers.
II STEP – LET’S TALK
During the initial recruitment interview, we will want to get to know not only your professional experience but also your personality. Remember that it is also important to us how you justify the next choices in your professional life. Your interlocutors will be an HR employee and the supervisor of the Department to which you have applied. We will also ask you to complete some basic tests – these will assess your aptitude for teamwork and language skills.
III STEP – LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER BETTER!
A positive assessment of the initial recruitment interview triggers an invitation to a second meeting – this time you will speak to a management representative. Note that during the meetings not only the relevance of your experience to the requirements of the position will be assessed, but also your commitment to the recruitment process and your self-presentation skills. We want to see that you feel comfortable with us and are eager to work with our team.
The duration of the recruitment process depends on the position and the number of applicants and can take up to several weeks. At each stage we will keep you updated on the status of your application.
